Message Archival Features

Message Archival is comprised of three sections: 

– User Management

– Message Archival Dashboard

– Reporting 

User Management

The User Management page allows the users to easily manage access and usage to the console of other users, providing the administrators with total control of their console. 

The User Management page will show the following:

– Name of the user
– The users’ registered email address
– The current user status
– User control options

Dashboard

The Dashboard provides up to date statistics of messages being captured by Mystic Message Archival

The Dashboard displays:

– Total Messages captured
– The Average Messages captured per Day
– Total Messages based on the Customer’s Cellular Carrier
– As well as other options

The Dashboard is highly customizable to provide the customer with various options of desired usage statistics

Reporting

The Reports page provides a method to search for messages based on specific search criteria

This criteria includes, but is not limited to:

– Keyword
– Date Range
– To and From Phone Numbers
– Attachments

We offer three methods of search:

– Search Archives: A simpler search method used to search based on broader criteria
– Advanced Search: A multi-layer, diverse search method used for find more specific messages and results
– Saved Search: Used for quick access to important or commonly used search criteria 

 

The user can use this page to Export Message logs in CSV format. This will also provide any attachments from MMS messages.
